All images on this site are the copyright property of Allan Ivy and protected under International copyright law. You have the right to use the images in private applications, but not the right to distribute, sell or use the images in any other way. For all other uses, you must obtain written permission from Allan Ivy.

Without written permission you are not permitted to use the images for advertising, brochures, editorial publications, public multimedia presentations or any other use. You may not sell, publish, license or otherwise distribute any of the photographs. You may not place copies of the images on electronic bulletin boards or any other web sites.

When using images in comp layouts, keep in mind that the copyright belongs to Allan Ivy.

Order / Shipment Notification Policy

I will notify you of receipt of your order, and include an expected shipment date. All items are handcrafted, and while I try to keep an adequate inventory, I may not be able to immediately fill your request. I will keep you informed of any delays or problems so that you may make other arrangements as needed.

When your package is sent you will be notified, and provided with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

VAT

The prices quoted on this page are shown inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

Payment Methods

The total order cost will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the order is made. I accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo. All card transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Please note that I am under no obligation to accept any order placed by you and I will not be treated as having accepted any such order until you have received confirmation from me that I have done so. This confirmation will be by e-mail.

Refund policy

In the unlikely event that I am not able to fulfill your order then you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If there is an error in fulfillment of your order then please contact me and I will correct the error or refund as necessary. I reserve the right to request return of print or gift items before a refund will be issued.
